Ajrakh block printing is a centuries-old craft that uses natural dyes and layered resist to create precise geometric patterns. In Ajrakhpur, Gujarat, Kardo works with artisan Sufiyan Khatri and his team, who guide the fabric through many careful stages of printing and dyeing. Each length carries deep, plant-derived colors and patterns that hold their clarity while settling into the softness of the cloth.
